The Freshwater Aquarium hobby is the part of the Aquarium hobby that is pretty much easy and more forgiving than Saltwater. It is popular today and for good reason. The fish are cheap, minimum equipment needed, and simple maintence is all a freshwater aquarium requires. Freshwater offers a wide variety of fish from community fish to aggressive tanks to cold water aquariums. I am going to be discussing many things from a beginner's aspect of the freshwater hobby.
