Nigil has been an A&R at Universal Motown for four years and has  worked with; Kid Cudi, Pac Div, & Jackie Chain.  Before coming to  Universal. , he started a indie label called Sugar Water Recordings,  which was one of the first urban labels distributed through Fontana  Distribution.  I started my career in street promotions in the  Baltimore- DC area.
