Arcadia presented a smart component storage cart and stencil storage system
Arcadia demonstrated the Archimedes Smart Storage system. The reel sensors are built into a metal strip at the base of each reel bay, which the manufacturer claims is more reliable than switches or other methods.
The Archimedes has a 3D scanner and a smart software system built into the rack to track reels as they are added or subtracted from the cart.
Arcadia also showed a smart stencil storage system.
