About 4,600 tea kettles were sold in the US at Macy’s stores and online at macys.com from August 2025 through February 2026.
Stop using these tea kettles. Contact Macy’s at 1-888-256-1541 or [email protected] for a full refund in the form of a check for the purchase price. Complete the recall form online to receive a prepaid shipping label and return the product. No purchase receipt is required.
