A quick glance on Dezeen’s job notice board and an email later, Jina’s friend Tracy Sodder found herself working for BIG (yes, Bjarke Ingels Group) as their visualiser in New York. From one country to another, Tracy shares with us her transition as well as the decisions that led to this fateful opportunity.
