Architect Nick Ward, co-director of Bayley Ward, started his career in London. After graduating from the prestigious Bartlett School in London, he established his own architectural practice. Bailey Ward was formed In Melbourne 5 years ago now employs a staff of 18, specialising in renovations and some commercial work.
