In this episode we are asking the question, do Architects lose focus and deliver more than a client asked for? Do we suffer from scope creep and end up doing lots of things that "A" the client didn't ask for and 'B' giving away far too much for free?
Let's do LESS, by doing the RIGHT things and let's make efficiencies on those services the client requires....right?
In this episode we are joined by Natalia Bakaeva an Architect, artist, and placemaker with over 15 years of experience in design and a passion for creating physical forms that reflect her diverse cultural influences and is based in Toronto Canada.
Natalia is a super smart architect who is multilingual and understands the tech industry and she believes that the TECH sector can help Architects WIN.....at long last.
With a background in architecture, urbanism, and interiors, Natalia has worked on various projects ranging from residential and commercial buildings to art installations and public spaces. She has also taught and published on design, sustainability, and innovation. She founded a-nb, a practice that focuses on creating spaces that enhance the quality of life, environment, and community.
