Lance is an accomplished architect that has been in the Valley since 1996 and has owned his own shop for 23 years. Lance brought an infectious energy about adapting technology and fostering collaboration into the AEC (architecture, engineering, and construction) industry.

Lance discussed how REVIT and BIM (modeling) are the new normal and how design is being delivered to the clients and the associated consultants and contractors. Lance is excited and passionate about taking the modeling to the next level; incorporating future technology to help on items like energy efficiency, life cycle costs, and return on investment. Lance focuses on a strong culture for his firm and his client base. It was a pleasure to have Lance on the program as the first Architect in the series.
