So I dive into the past week and why this episode is late, then talk about the highly anticipated and still sought after Ardbeg Blaaack Limited Edition 20th anniversary committee release. This was a delicious offering, that came in hot on the first sip, and was DELICIOUS on the second. Such great flavors!! Then I talk a little bit about the end result of my little barrel project. A Port and Pinot Noir wine seasoned mini barrel filled with Laphroaig 10 for a lucky 13 weeks. It turned out better than I thought but probably a tad too sweet. Still I will take it.
