The enigmatic French man joined the team this winter and he sat down with us in our hotel lobby ahead of the Ardeche and Drome one-day races this weekend. He talks about the welcome he has received by the ever growing Wolfpack family. 

Valentin also gives some fascinating insight in to why he feels is a better stage race rider than a one day racer, giving details than many of us may overlook, and what winning a stage at last year’s Giro meant to him, as well as how has looked up to many of Soudal Quick-Step’s star names both past and present.
