The Prime Minister says we don't have any Russian diplomats that qualify for expulsion.
Seventeen countries have agreed to expel a total of 107 Russian diplomats, with the US alone expelling 60.
The expulsions are officially a protest against the Salisbury attack.
Jacinda Ardern told Mike Hosking those Russians who other countries are expelling, are undeclared intelligence officers.
"We have done a check, we don't have those in New Zealand and if we did we would expel them."
