On the 2nd and 3rd September, our collective came together for prayer circles. The world is crumbling a bit with all the natural disasters that has been hitting us from all directions. Whether they’re the bushfires or severe flooding in Australia, the flash floods that wrecked South East Asia, global increase in landslides, draught in Europe and Africa, or the extreme tornadoes in the US, something gives. Governments of even some developed countries are going bankrupt dealing with the losses from each of these events. What is worse is that none of us are being prepared by our elected leaders to deal with a world that might turn hostile any moment. Rather, we seem to be trusting TikTok and Instagram more.

The more we become aware of the reality around us, the more we realise the need to stay grounded and connected to our communities in a mutually beneficial manner. And this requires social skills, offline not online.
