President Biden has introduced a new child tax credit, or code, which distributes 'child allowances' to low and middle-income families. The benefits of this policy are great.

However, concerns arise of whether anti-poverty policies equate to anti or pro-mobility policies, a topic I cover in the later half of the episode!
