Today, we tackle the question: Are bike shops worth it? With the rise in cycling over the last couple of years, bikes seem to be in demand more than ever. Used bikes can be found fairly easily at garage sales, auctions, or through local online groups. New bikes can be found online, at your local box store, or at your local bike shop (LBS). With the wider availability and lower costs, the bike shop almost seems to be an obsolete option.
