A report written in 2014 makes the case that carbon emissions do not represent a net societal cost, but a net societal benefit.  The report is not technically credible, but it is worth understanding the arguments being made, because they will continue to pop up as part of climate change misinformation campaigns, and as arguments in climate change litigation cases.
