CJ is a huge advocate for women in sport and has been in the podcast game for over a decade. He currently hosts his own sports podcast called ‘The Real Deal’ where he talks sports and breaks down disputed topics with athletes, broadcasters, writers, and so many others!

Harden grew up in a household of strong women and says that they have been his inspiration in life as they have shown him so much strength and taught him all he knows about success in life. Harden now strives to provide a platform for females all across the industry of business, sport, and beyond to show that they are impacting the world in so many powerful ways on and off the court.
