Today we had the pleasure of meeting Jill Heinrich, a content creator focused on exposing MLM organizations and toxic religious groups and host of the Opportunity Cost podcast. Her mission is to educate people on the dangers of high control groups and how to spot the red flags they often present. 

In this conversation Jill breaks down what Multi Level Marketing is, how they are legal, and why she feels called to investigate them. We also discuss how they use cult tactics to control their members and how the MLM system as a whole is designed for most people to fail. 

In addition, Jill shares openly about her own experience leaving Christianity, how it’s reshaped her relationship with spirituality and offers advice for leaving toxic organizations.
