Today I'm excited to introduce you to Flavia Paiva-Ziarnik, Senior Director of Operations in Consus Americas. Born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil and now living in Wisconsin, America.
Flavia has 15 years of experience in Global Strategic Sourcing and has developed a career in the Cosmetics, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, and Automotive industries both in Brazil and North America. Flavia has a keen focus on new vendor development, Key Performance Indicators, Total Cost of Ownership, Cost reduction, vendor relationship and contract lifecycle management for both direct and indirect spend and much more.
She is a Certified Professional in Supply Management, has an MBA in Marketing and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry.
In this podcast we discuss many Procurement related aspects but with a significant emphasis on negotiation and the differences between male and female purchasers.
