Whether you're introverted or extroverted, meek and mild or bold and brash we all have various traits that make up our personalities. Many people take personality tests to try and find out a little more about themselves and companies often use them to help find the right person for the job. However, not everyone is sold on these tests. For example, a New York Times article recently referred to them as "the Astrology of the office". This week the AQQA team have a look at personality tests and discuss whether they have any value.
