My guest today is the author of a series of juvenile fiction books and one nonfiction How-To book for authors called Schools: A Niche Market for Authors. In 2022, she co-authored her sixth juvenile fiction book called Finding Family Treasure that encourages young readers to discover their family’s roots and learn about the melting pot that is America – both past and present. 

She’s a former teacher, newspaper reporter, and television producer who weaves history and science into stories for young readers ages 8-14. She has a BA from the University of Florida and an Masters in Education from the University of North Florida. She serves as the past-president of the Florida Authors and Publishers Association.
