It seems like since the beginning of time, we have been hearing stories about women taking care of their kids meanwhile the father's is running around in the street being very unproductive. Yet those days are long gone and times have completely changed but the sentiment hasn't. Men are still being looked at like the lesser of the two when it comes to interacting and raising children.

 Now days the fathers are more amp to put their wants needs and even goals on the back burner for the benefit of their children and in a decent amount of these rare cases the women are the ones that are not doing their part or being there for the kids when it really matters. Yet they don't get bashed by the media nor do you hear the men making a big deal about the other parent not doing their part as a parent.

It's a double standard at its finest and deep down we all know that it will not change just like the rumor of black men not being active fathers when the fact is there are good and bad fathers and mothers of all colors and creeds. Its not about how you look or where you come from. It is completely based on who you are as a person and how selfish you are in your own life.
