Today, I tackle a rather touchy subject-the difference of generations when it comes to the LGBTQ+ community.  What's more, I submit there are many.  Additionally, I think that is okay.  We just need to do better of understanding these differences, giving grace to these differences, and supporting despite these differences.  So, on this podcast episode, I am going to do my best to share 3 differences that I have seen over my lifetime of work and do my best to explain why we need to be okay with this.
