Today I go Into some information I came across that leads to a world where judicial systems are extorting everyday citizens for revenue while claiming its for safety.

Though I don't deny there is intentions for safety. It does appear to be a lucrative way of making money for states cities and counties. 

Whats more concerning and interesting is the way some people blindly defend it as if there isn't an issue, at least in my opinion.
