Hi Everyone, 

Hope you are doing well! In today's podcast, I am to address if unions are a net positive for the workers. 

All in all, I think unions derive significant short-term benefits to the workers. Medium and long term I think headwinds form due to what occurs in the union negotiation. 

I am someone who is for fairness and the rights of workers in the work environment, but sometimes things can lead to far in one direction with these negotiations and cause unforeseen consequences.
