ontinuously more than one week less than 4 hours sleep made my eyes looks very tired. I was analyzing about this and found below.
Having a supercharged sense of smell, sound, sight, taste and touch can transform our every day life. If we want to keep our senses sharp and mind refreshed
please try any one activity of below.
1. SMELL: Inhale strong scents every day. Yes. While cooking i will get nice aroma of ghee with doll / Ghee with vegetable.
2. SOUND: Listen to music. Yes. Leoroja's El condor pasa instrumental music is my favorite and atleast twice i used to listen on daily.
3. SIGHT: Do eye exercises. I am yet to start this habit. I used to wash my eyes two times in a day with chill water.
4. TASTE: Add variety to your diet. Yes this is happening.
5. TOUCH: Pay attention to how things feel. When we spend time with our family members particularly with elders, this is very useful.
Today my question to you all is
"Are we charging our senses " ?
