"Are we cleansing our mind on daily / weekly/ minimum monthly once" ?

Today i realized that milk is getting spoiled continuously for the past 3 or 4 days. I analysed and understood that my fridge got dumped with many items. And some of the items are really unwanted and some of the items are already in a stage where next day that might spoil. Milk is always very sensitive item where it will easily get spoiled.
Immediately when i cleaned my fridge i got a question inside my mind as "Am i cleaning my mind like this ?"
Science says one steps below will help for cleansing the mind.
1. Take deep breaths, inhale and exhale. Breathing helps calm the mind.
2. Tears are a natural expression of emotions, and crying is a good mood lifter that also helps to cleanse the mind
3. We cannot change the past but you can shape the present. Stay grounded in the present and shift your focus to things that are within your control.
4. Keep your diet balanced, ensuring your body receives all the nutrients it needs.
5.Start to appreciate you and your environment.
6. A change in physical environment helps rejuvenate the mind and uplifts your spirits. Take a trip.
