Normally i am not a consistent person. When i am giving the name for doing some challenges i used to maintain the consistency whatever it may come.
Analysed the reasons what i have done so far so that i was able to be consistent
I made this as my habit because i might have bad days or slip up.
I tried to complete the maximum goals by morning itself
Initial few minutes are crucial since i even feel like i don't want to do this.... But after few minutes after endorphin segregation we feel that interest in the exercise what we do...
We shouldn't hurt our self by doing too much in one day itself so that consistency might not break the next day due to body pain.
Focus on and take responsibility for the process, not the potential results.
Find and do what we love or like to do.
Finally we should think the way to complete our goal instead of thinking how can i avoid skipping the goal.
Today my question to you all is
"Are we consistent in completing our daily challenges ?"
