At 4 a.m., a security guard patrolling an abandoned machinery plant on the outskirts of Milwaukee spots a shadowy figure moving across the upper-level windows. After an exhaustive search, he and his backup discover a man standing motionless in a forgotten office. But when they review the security footage, they uncover something impossible: the man had been standing there, completely still, for over 24 hours. If he never moved... then who was watching from above?
