I woke up this morning, turned on the news and heard updates on Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, the inflation and pending recession, and I heard about the multiple crimes being committed at our border between Texas and Mexico. So, with all of this how can we be happy?

First, the choice is yours. You can decide to be happy and add value, or to live sad and go through each day depressed without any interest in helping your world. Secondly, attack each day knowing that during the day you will be challenged. Confront those challenges so you can maintain focus on your life’s purpose. You can only live out your life’s purpose when you are focused on moving forward in a positive manner. Being negative causes stagnation, don’t let that happen!

So, are we happy yet? I hope you are happy. But, the decision is ultimately yours.
