This week, I'm exploring the idea of "Circumstantial Type-A" personalities.

Are we only Type-A because we had to be?

If there is another Type-A in the group that we could trust to lead, would we be happy to follow? 

I'm sharing the differences and strengths of all types, trying to decide if I am a true Type-A, or if I am indeed a Circumstantial Type-A. I'll also share some stories and set some intentions for how to step back and allow others to take charge to really play with this idea! Come along for the ride!

**Note that this is not about what type is better. This is purely my experience as someone who tends to identify as a Type-A, but doesn't feel completely at home there.
