My struggles as a parent and what I’ve learnt along the way. It’s definitely a journey and not a destination, especially when it’s coming to parenting. My own healing has totally and completely changed my relationship with my daughters and shifted the understanding from educating them with authority, into guiding them with love and compassion to finding their own magic within.

Are we raising self aware children?

As per Eckhart Tolle’s words, it’s time we free ourselves from “the prison of the mind”! It took me years and lots of practice, to even come close to scratching the surface when it comes to BE-ING, rather than resisting, my insanely overactive mind! Life it’s a journey not a destination! As spiritual beings having a human experience, we must HEAL and BE in alignment with self and ALL that there is, in order to recognize the FLOW on this plane of existence! The Universe is benevolent energy that wants YOU to live on purpose, in abundance, in love and compassion, but the PAST conditioning, manifested as : depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, may hold you back from living and speaking your truth. As Les Brown says: “You are meant for GREATNESS”; NOT pain and suffering! Let’s get to the bottom of this and use self – healing tools for healing on a cellular level, and finally KNOW that everything we ever needed is already here, in the PRESENT MOMENT!
