Today suddenly i realized that i was not at all listening the music while i am doing my day to day activities and was thinking about the reasons
Science says listening to music can have a tremendously relaxing effect on our minds and bodies. Music also can do slowing the pulse and heart rate, lowering blood pressure, and decreasing the levels of stress hormones.
Music has the ability to evoke powerful emotional responses such as chills and thrills in listeners. Positive emotions dominate musical experiences. Pleasurable music may lead to the release of neurotransmitters associated with reward, such as dopamine. Listening to music is an easy way to alter mood or relieve stress
That's perfectly true. When i felt low immediately i will listen a particular song for 2 min and will feel completely changed after that.
My question today to all of you is "Are we relaxing our mind on daily basis ?
