When we hire a people for our business we have high hopes from them as they have same hopes from us. During hiring we keep high promises to them and they work for that promises but when work goes wrong we blame them they didn't work well how they expect from us for promises we fire them. But I think these is your business you can't ask your employees to work like you. It's your dream your business if business will go high they will not get profit sharing they will work on their salary basis because they are salaried.
