This episode explores the stigma surrounding naturism and social nudity in a non-sexual context.  It examines the historical context of naturism, personal experiences of those who practice it, and the societal factors that contribute to its concealment. We also investigates the role of personality traits in openness about naturism, and finally, it proposes strategies to mitigate the stigma and foster greater acceptance. Our research sources include academic research, personal accounts, and analyses of related social movements.
