And as many of us know when we say BUT in the sentence it deletes all we said previously. As for example when we say…I still love you ….

I love you no matter what. What this says is that there is a condition, there is something we did wrong but we are lucky because we are still loved. That implies that we get to be following the rules or do things a certain way to “deserve” love. How about we learn to LOVE ourselves and others from a place of love that is ALWAYS there?What would it feel like knowing we can’t get it wrong, that we can be freely ourselves and there will be love?Don’t you feel that lots of pain and harm would be prevented?Ask yourself, how are you loving today?
