Being a Pharisee, is opposing what God is doing, but doing it, in the name of God. The original Pharisees thought they were doing the right thing. Modern day Pharisees may even think the same thing. The bible says that we are to examine ourselves, rather we are in the faith. (1 Corinthians 11:28 & 2 Corinthians 13:5). It is appropriate to occasionally ask ourselves: "Am I becoming a modern day Pharisee?"
