Sensitive ,quiet and shy  people are often referred as Softies,  yet as it turns out, they are some of the strongest and most resilient of the lot. 

In a world where over communicating ,over stating, going over board with your thoughts and ideas seems like the new normal, someone who 

speaks softly ,is reserved and waits their turn is often considered incompetent. In this episode I talk about the introverts who struggle to be
