No disciple learns the way and secrets of the Kingdom without abiding with the master. The principle of discipleship is an abiding life. Abiding has cost implications to pay. No abiding believer fails or gets abandoned by His master. To go far in life, you must abide with the saviour. Are you a woman and living with a man not your husband? You cannot enjoy peace of mind. If you are not abiding with Jesus, you cannot escape devil. An abiding life lives and walks in the Spirit, to avoid distraction. Your service will not be acceptable if you appear and disappear intermittently. The fear of God is keeps you safe and secured. Enough of jamboree and funfair in the church of Christ.
