There's a common thread that links all the clients who work with me and that's that they are often overachievers who feel like underachievers - and they also don't realise they're hyper-independent. If you're drawn to listening to my podcast and have enjoyed the first six episodes, this is likely you, too! People who have these struggles (without realising) are very disconnected from their emotions and are subconsciously doing this as a way to cope, leading them to be quite good at handling pressure and stress.
