BACK STORY:  One of RA’s sorority sisters, Freda posted an article called “Listen to the Power of Quiet People” by: Gustavo Razzetti on her Linked in Feed.

RA felt so inspired by Gustavo’s words, she posted a comment on his article in which he later retweeted to his followers.  Here is the message RA wrote ….

“I am a big extrovert and a big introvert… most people who know my outgoing side can not comprehend or understand that there is this precious space where I retreat to be with me, my world, my own thoughts, to feel my body again, to reflect, to not hear another human utter a word,to be so quiet that my own thoughts are still and all I hear is the movement of my breath. oh yes, I love this space… I regard this time. I need it and carve it into my schedule and it is a non negotiable. I do not answer the phone or text messages… ohm”
