This has been a common topic of conversation with my clients over the last few weeks, with so many of them undereating on Protein. So this is for those of you who don't know how much Protein or what to eat to get your Protein in. If you have a physique goal, whether it be fat loss or building muscle, eating enough Protein is going to be key to that.
