Hey girl, hey! On this episode Keanna is combating the principalities of exhaustion, discouragement, and confusion when up against the validation of others.

"Why do I feel like I have to validate who you are called to be?" - Keanna thought.

In this Christian life, we battle against rulers and authorities (the most powerful evil forces of fallen angels headed by the devil) who is a vicious fighter. But to withstand their attacks, we must depend on God's strength  and use every piece of his armor.

Let’s define Validation: recognition of affirmation that a person or their feelings/opinions are valid

Bible Text: Ephesians 6:10-17 "and take the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God."

Combat Validation for/from others with Your sword:

• Exhaustion < Matthew 11:28
• Discouragement < Isaiah 42:16
• Confusion < Proverbs 3:5
