Even though it seems that our world is in an intense and fearful place right now, we must remember the power we all hold to create peace and joy through making intentional choices about who and how we are going to be. In this episode, I share the tools I use daily to stay peaceful, high vibrational and in tune with my Spirit in the midst of chaos. We must not forecast and project crisis into our lives.
