• Did you get what you were told? Did you understand it
• Time to go to closing, did you make it on time?
• What lessons to learn from that

2. The vibe! Do you have it

• have you been referred by someone such as a realtor, banker, coworker, family member
• now for the  vibe, do you have good energy level with the person you are dealing with and at the same time did you learn from them
• you cant get to second base without taking your foot off of first
