Heissam Jebailey founded I'm in. Events. The organization creates, promotes, hosts and consults the biggest and best gatherings you have ever experienced in Central Florida. 

Heissam almost passed away in 2000 with a near fatal case of pneumonia, created I'm In. during 2010 and along with an incredible committee, is now the Largest Black and White Weekend for Charity and Wellness in the World in its ongoing and unprecedented 12th Year.
