Look at any great coach and you’ll find they spend most of their time coaching the players on the field, rather than the players on the bench. If you think about it from the coaches point of view why would you devote time to those who “aren’t in the game”? The question is where are you? Are you in the game or on the bench? Are you you coachable?

Most of the time the stay stuck in a rut because they're unwilling to learn or grow. One of their favorite things to do is put down new ideas. They’re negative, pessimistic and aren’t interested in getting better. Maybe they should be pessimistic because chances are, with that type of attitude, they’ll never reach their full potential.
Success and Being CoachableLook at anyone who’s a success in any aspect of life and you’ll find someone who’s coachable.
