I am back to podcast. Thanks team for your encouraging wordings to start this again.
Consistency, on its face, takes time. To be consistent, we have to replicate positive behavior or performance day after day, until it defines us.
Easy tips for keeping consistency.
Isolate the goals : Be very specific in writing about your goal what do you want to achieve. Don't combine two or three goals together where one is dependent on others and stopping all when you are not able to follow the first.
Write it : Document all the goals in one place so that you know which one to do first.
Number it: Mention how many days you have completed out of how many days you are expecting to do. For example this podcast is Day17 for me out of 365.
Focus on completion: Plan to finish the goal within the day. Publish it immediately after completing that instead of publishing it next day morning.
Fight your emotions : It is obvious your mind may say so many reasons for not doing that goal. Come across that feel and win it by doing it.
Forgive your failures: One or two days in between due to any unavoidable reason if you are missing it, accept it and forgive that so that coming out of that is easy and to start again.
