Today, we are studying the fifth chapter of 2 Corinthians. In this chapter, Paul talks about our heavenly dwelling. He reminds us that our lives on earth are temporary. Paul encourages us to focus on that which is eternal. He reminds us that we are not of this world. We are Christ’s ambassadors who represent God’s interests on the earth. Our primary assignment is to preach the message of reconciliation.

What does it mean to live by faith? Many people talk about having faith, but very few of us live by faith. The ultimate test of faith is when you can follow God without knowing all of the answers. 

On this podcast, we go through the Bible one chapter at a time. I love to read the Bible out loud. Many years ago, after I had my last child, I was feeling overwhelmed, trying to balance it all. I remember seeking God about how I was feeling. He led me to start reading the Bible out loud. Everything changed once I prioritized reading the word of God out loud.
