Lance, a South African now based in Australia, has a wealth of financial modelling experience across financial and professional services having worked at two of the Big 4 accounting firms (PwC & KPMG), Investec Bank Corporate Finance & Advisory and the National Australia Bank across both retail and wholesale banking products.

He is founder of Model Citizn, Partner with "The Outperformer", Group CFO for Sequel CFO (a financial mentoring and bookkeeping service for small business) and the CFO of Fintech lender Banjo

As an influencer in how to enable steps change in your career, Lance can demonstrate how he was able to do this across 20 years of corporate experience. He is also an expert in Innovation, Disruption and Artificial Intelligence in the Financial Modeling space.

Lance is also a proud father, husband & martial artist!
