In this episode I will discuss the mental aspect of prepping, most of us do not put much thought into this if any at all. Most of us think that having food, water, weapons are all we need, but mental health in time of crisis is almost if not more important than your preps.

Most of us do not grasp the sheer complexity it would take to have to hurt another human being, or to be alone in this world. Our mental health is very important to keep us focused on surviving whether it is for yourself or your family or others.  Continue reading →
